Gateway Holistic Care Group is actively pursuing accreditation through CARF International, a globally recognized accreditor of health and human services. CARF accreditation demonstrates that our organization is committed to continuous quality improvement, person-centered services, and measurable outcomes. Achieving CARF accreditation involves a rigorous peer review and onsite survey process that confirms our adherence to internationally recognized standards of care, accountability, and operational excellence.

Gateway Holistic is more than a service it’s a commitment to dignity, structure, and compassion for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to create spaces where individuals can thrive mentally, socially, and physically, supported by a professional team and meaningful community partnerships.
We offer boutique respite, child and youth programs, and adult programs across Alberta, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Each program is rooted in our Pathway to Independence Framework, emphasizing consistency, life skills, wellness, and goal-focused care.

Respite Care
In-home and out-of-home care
Hourly, overnight, and 24/7 support
Personal care, toileting, meals, and sensory support
Available to FSCD, CFS, and private-pay families
Child & Youth Program
24/7 structured out-of-home placements
Therapeutic care for children with behavioral and emotional complexities
Trauma-informed, school-integrated routines
Partnership with COAST, occupational therapists, and clinical teams
Adult Program (Project HOPE)
Light support and 24/7 supported living
Life skills coaching, hygiene, medication, meal prep
Full-time staff, behavioral supports, and trauma-informed care
