Introduction
Gateway Holistic Care Group (GHCG) is a boutique provider of respite, transitional, and supported living care for children, youth, and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. This strategic plan (2025–2028) defines our direction as we deliver high-quality, person-centred services that foster mental, social, and physical well-being. Our work is grounded in dignity, equity, and the belief that everyone deserves to thrive.

Mission
To ensure that our service users thrive mentally, socially, and physically while achieving a dignified quality of life in our boutique respite, transitional, and supported living facilities.
Strategic Priorities
1. Holistic Care & Lifestyle Integration
Embed healthy eating and active living in all programming.
Expand “Pathway to Independence” to include wellness-focused routines and recreational therapy.
Provide access to dieticians, fitness programs, and emotional wellness activities.
2. Dignified, Person-Centred Living
Enhance trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming environments.
Prioritise dignity, safety, and comfort in all housing and care designs.
Continuously adapt care plans and ISPs with input from individuals and families.
3. Workforce Development & Culture of Care
Build a team grounded in empathy, cultural humility, and enhanced understanding Autism.
Enhance onboarding, mentorship, and career pathways in care for children, youth and adults with autism and developmental disabilities.
Align HR policies with CARF and autism inclusion standards.
4. Program Expansion & Sustainable Growth
Operationalise and enhance Belmead Respite and Project Hope.
Expand facilities that support transitional and long-term supported living for youth and adults with autism.
Integrate FSCD, PDD, and AISH funding into scalable, sustainable care models.
5. Health Equity, Advocacy & Community Connections
Advocate for dignified care in underserved communities, including indigenous and new commer communities .
Co-create culturally safe programming with racialised families and service users.
Establish partnerships with health, housing, and equity-focused organisations.
6. Governance, Quality & Accreditation
Complete CARF accreditation with excellence in autism care and community housing.
Strengthen internal governance, risk management, and audit readiness.
Implement continuous quality improvement through service-user feedback and metrics.
7. Financial Innovation & Social Purpose Sustainability
Reinforce our social enterprise model using BRRRR in real estate reinvestment.
Strengthen financial tracking, audit, and compliance systems.
Build donor and grant funding relationships to support innovation.
