You helped us raise $744 for our Adult Programs, and that funding goes straight back into workshops, supplies, and community events for our adult participants! There are two ways to request a care shift!
Using your Parent Portal login on Caresmartz, you can go under the schedule calendar, and in the top right corner you will see a button that says “+Request a Shift”. Once your shift request has been submitted, it will automatically be sent to us for input!
You can email our Administrative Team at scheduler@gatewayholisticcare.com with your shift requests!

Yes! Having your updated FSCD Agreement on file helps to maintain accuracy of our records, as well as assist with Invoicing and helping to keep track of your remaining hours throughout the year.
